we are very pleased with our three new purchases from Goffs breeze-up sales yesterday they arrived home safely last night and all had a quiet canter this morning

Just got home from weekend away. Unable to go racing for one reason or tother but had fantastic time nevertheless. Celebrated our Wedding Anniversary. We had new boy J R Cavagin with Alan Bell and Paul running against well touted opponents at York and my personal favourite Gamesome "The Son of The Rock" thats Rock of Gibraltar for those who are wondering, running at Haydock.
What happened between 1200hrs and 1800hrs Saturday was truly wonderful for my wife Sue and I. First JR Cavagin outruns his rivals in The Novice race at York and later on Gamesome produces a turn of speed that would catch anyones eye at Haydock.
I remembered those events and the time in between vividly. Not…
