MID WINSTER WINS AT AYR

Newcomer to the yard Mid winster was having her second run for us and won nicely in the 5f handicap ridden by Graham Lee up at the western meet at Ayr. She raced up the centre of the track and never looked like winning then she quickened in the final furlong to lead and win by a length. It was a day to remember for one of her owners John Blackburn whose colours she carried to victory as she was his third winner that day at the meeting to win in his colours.
