What a memorable first day of the St Leger meeting at Doncaster we had winning the listed Scarborough stakes with Tarboosh ridden by Kevin Stott. He was given a fantastic ride by Kevin coming through from the rear to lead inside the final furlong winning easily by 1 ¼ lengths. Hes been an excellent horse for us but is far from straightforward so it was amazing to see him win so easy and show how good he is.
Later in the week Burning cash lined up in the flying Childers group 2 race. He travelled well throughout but got short of room inside the last furlong and after a couple of bumps he ran on and finished 4th beaten less than two lengths. It was an amazing run in a group 2, and you cannot help but wonder if he had of got a run where he would have finished! He is certainly one we are looking forward to in the future.
